    Richland Real Estate.  Richland is a small community located along Oregon HWY 86 from Baker City to the Snake River. Richland has recently received new sidewalks, street lights and a repaving project.  The community has a very nice park that also has a community building.  The park get used a lot and is used after the annual parade. 

    Community members have a potluck dinner after the parade.  There is also a well used RV park that is located on the edge of town.  You can find a good number of homes on small acreages for sale in the area. To find more properties for sale in Richland click here.   Richland is well known to draw tourist during the summer months for camping and excellent fishing. The Brownlee Reservoir has some of the best fishing for small mouth base, crappie and some offer some great cat fishing as well. The arm of the reservoir, as the locals call it, has some of the best fishing. The Powder River empty’s into the Snake River arm.  Boaters also enjoy water skiing and just the fun of boating in the river. If you are looking for a camping spot, you find a few sites near the boat ramp area. There is also a camping site in Richland that has hookups, nice grass area and shade trees. If your not a camper, Richland has a motel for you. In the fall, this area of the Snake River is a magnet for chukar hunters. The mountain range along the Snake River offers some of the West’s best chuckar hunting in the Northwest.
